Just bought my item. But anytime I have purchased and item from Best Buy, if the protection plan can be added, I do it. I recommend it to anyone I see or know is purchasing from Best Buy. They don’t always listen(lol), but I tell them

With my Total Member service at Best Buy they incluse the extended warranty ar no cost! This includes the AppleCare warranty on Apple products too. I've used in several times on headphones/ear buds as these seem to be the items I have the most trouble with.

The sales person was very helpful in assisting me with the TV I needed, not the one I thought I should buy. I am very satisfied with the TV the sales person recommended. I make most of my purchases from Best Buy because the persons assisting are not paid commissions, so they can provide honest opinions.

Bought this far a new business my wife was setting up. Didn't need a ton of power so this computer has worked out great. Screen looks great, touch screen works great as well. Relatively fast for what we thought we were getting.

It was a pleasant surprise to have an added two year warantee at no cost just because we are registered Best Buy customers.

We had to replace my parent's tv and this was a great deal for a good price. We compared many options before deciding on this one. I was worried that my parents would have a hard time learning how to use it but they have not had that many issues after all. It's hard to teach an old dog new tricks but this TV is easy to work with and we are really happy with the brightness and clear picture.

I can’t say enough about the extra protection that you can get on electronic. The products that you purchase from Best Buy will have an extra two years warranty. I see this as an ease for the mind.

The TV works great, clear visuals. My only issue was with the remote. After about 3 months it stopped working, but they're sending a new one to me at no cost. Hopefully there are no issues with it.

I like the yearly Geek Squad guarantee, although it was difficult to get anyone to come to the house for that yearly fee after last year. Being an 81 year-old with medical problems that would be normal for my age, the thought of “lugging“ my computer, phone, and old printer Into the store is not able to do.

Haven’t had to use it but gives me a good feeling to know I have it if I Should need it.
