I am not a computer genius I need all the help I can get I cannot get it from my children because they are too busy and I cannot get it from my grandchildren for the same reason so I need to buy a smart grandchild and this is what the geek squad protection is to me I can call them and they are there to help me I would give them a gift but it is not necessary but I do love having them there for their genius computer assistance

Bought this far a new business my wife was setting up. Didn't need a ton of power so this computer has worked out great. Screen looks great, touch screen works great as well. Relatively fast for what we thought we were getting.

I'm not much of a tech person so I really like having someone who knows what they're doing to cover my back. This protection plan has been wonderful and helps me feel more comfortable with all my electronics. I've also used the home service to have a dishwasher and television installed and set up properly. The techs were great and even cleaned up after themselves. I also like getting warranties automatically when I purchase new devices.

This Lenovo replaced an older HP laptop. Easier to use with touchscreen. Keyboard better situated.

The TV works great, clear visuals. My only issue was with the remote. After about 3 months it stopped working, but they're sending a new one to me at no cost. Hopefully there are no issues with it.

I recently purchased a new laptop and Epson printer for my home office and craft room. I decided to purchase the 24 month Best Buy Protection and Total Tech maintenance program and I am so happy with my decision. The Best Buy geek squad guy (Gary) set up an appointment with me right away and came to my home home to install both the laptop and Epson printer. He did an excellent job and made sure everything was up and running efficiently before he left. I like the assurance of having this protection for my purchases and repair needs for the next 24 months.
