Having Total Tech coverage with Best Buy has been a Godsend. My husband is disabled and cannot repair appliance nor god forbid a computer crash or a virus malware attach on the computers. I love having the security that Total tech coverage has given me I have saved over $700.00 this year alone having this coverage due to lightening strikes on computer and tv equipment. I would be lost w/o this protection.

Key differentiator! One of the main reasons to become a Best Buy Total member! The majority of your purchases get up to two years of product protection at Best Buy (need to keep your membership active of course). This gives you peace of mind for your purchases in case you need a repair or replacement for example.

So far, every time I have needed them, the protection plans have come through for me. My new HP Envy is going in next week for a screen problem. Hopefully, I can still say all is well after the visit.

Signed up for this when I bought a new computer. Later I had some funky stuff going on in my computer and called them up. They got it fixed in no time and even helped me find a couple problems I hadn't seen. Used it a few times and they've been helpful and it was easy. Later I had a printer go bad and it was easy to get it replaced

They tv went great into my living it sit low but still feel huge against the wall.
