I'm a geek squad member its the best. I get 24month protection on everything I buy. I love it. If best buy sells it that were I buy it. So worth it. They will replace anything they cant fix.

I like the yearly Geek Squad guarantee, although it was difficult to get anyone to come to the house for that yearly fee after last year. Being an 81 year-old with medical problems that would be normal for my age, the thought of “lugging“ my computer, phone, and old printer Into the store is not able to do.

I would give it a 5 star but when I thought my $1000 phone was stolen, they informed me that it doesn't cover that. That's something that should have been said up front. Thank God I found my phone. They need to include something for phone lost/theft even if it's a little higher deductible. At least offer it.

I still have to pay some things out of pocket which I fully don’t understand.

Excellent idea to get this plan I have bought multiple computers in and has fixed them every time I have purchased dishwasher and appliances and this plan covers the installation and delivery the good work !

Having Total Tech coverage with Best Buy has been a Godsend. My husband is disabled and cannot repair appliance nor god forbid a computer crash or a virus malware attach on the computers. I love having the security that Total tech coverage has given me I have saved over $700.00 this year alone having this coverage due to lightening strikes on computer and tv equipment. I would be lost w/o this protection.

Haven’t had to use it but gives me a good feeling to know I have it if I Should need it.
