    I have been with Best Buy since the late 80s And I love the idea of this new two year protection. I tried to buy everything I can from Best Buy because I am automatically covered. You can’t go wrong with it.

    The Samsung TV I bought last year had a terrible sound problem in the low end- i thought it was probably a setting I’d somehow messed up. It wasn’t me- it was the TV. We got this one to replace the Samsung- we hadn’t heard of the brand, but it had some good reviews. Its waaay better than the Samsung. Great sound and picture. And a wonderful price!

    Love the laptop tune up service from the comfort of my home. It's great to get an extra year of warranty on items purchased. And I love the discounts and advance notice of sales. I've been renewing the service since 2018.

    This protection plan is well worth it. My son’s headphones stopped working and were replaced for free. The cost of the headphones alone is the annual price of plan.
