This TV is so much better than the Insignia FireTV I had purchased, which has been relegated to the garage. The LG goes right to the designated input when it is powered up, unlike the fire tv. Superior picture and sound and more available apps. Should have got it first.

The Samsung TV I bought last year had a terrible sound problem in the low end- i thought it was probably a setting I’d somehow messed up. It wasn’t me- it was the TV. We got this one to replace the Samsung- we hadn’t heard of the brand, but it had some good reviews. Its waaay better than the Samsung. Great sound and picture. And a wonderful price!

You really can’t go wrong with Total Tech protection plans. Especially when you save upfront being a total tech member. I’ve only had to use it a few times, but when I did it was so easy and if they can’t fix it and the original isn’t available, they will upgrade to the newer version.
