This protection plan is well worth it. My son’s headphones stopped working and were replaced for free. The cost of the headphones alone is the annual price of plan.

This purchase a renewal. Glad I already had it, since I was having an issue with my desktop unit. When I couldn't fix it myself. I called the toll free number and we tried a few things, to no avail. Made an appointment to take it into the store the next day. All this to say everyone was helpful and my issue was resolved quickly.

Easy set up and great quality. Very fragile. During the process of moving someone pinched the side too hard and started a line of faulty pixles. At first it was berable but when adjusting to tv angle, every little movement caused more and more damage. No longer usable. Its like the screen is extended from the frame, asking to be damaged
