This is hands down the primary reason I continue shopping with Best buy. Being a member of the Total Tech plan includes this protection plan I was originally purchasing on all of my products. This is without a doubt some of the best customer service / support subscriptions available for consumers today.

The Best Buy Protection for upto 24 months is a good feature. If it could be a tad longer combined with the yearly Geek Squad subscription, it would be perfect.

This is a great warranty as essential to have for repair and services.

Great television for spare bedroom -exceptional picture and volume which was why I replaced an older Samsung! Easy setup and easy to use! This was a great buy overall and at a great price!

Ease of mind knowing there is at least protection for a while

I bought the wrong size screen and the crew was very gracious about re-boxing and returning for a bigger one to fit my ancient entertainment center. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The scheduling system kept changing the time window and notifying me to prep.

I always got an extra warranty and best but always honored it.it pays to have that extra for pennies on the dollar for replacement
