I’m a frequent shopper at Best Buy and the best part that I bought is the yearly purchase of the warranty, before I was purchasing a warranty with every purchase till I was told about it and I only pay once and I’m set throughout the year

I bought the wrong size screen and the crew was very gracious about re-boxing and returning for a bigger one to fit my ancient entertainment center. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The scheduling system kept changing the time window and notifying me to prep.

I didnt think purchasing total tech would be that big of a deal, but I have to say, it has paid off for our family. We have been using it for apple care as well as some major electronics purchases and it's paid off. The installation benefits alone pay for the membership. I highly recommend.

It is always very important to purchase a protection plan for tech devices, especially for a SMART TV. This is my very first SMART TV purchase, so this is all new territory to me. It is reassuring to know that there is a protection plan, in case of any tech issues or damage.
