This is a great warranty as essential to have for repair and services.

I haven’t had to use it but just in case I know I have it. It definitely puts ones mind at ease.

Best deal around when buying electronics. Best Buy stands above others with support. In store knowledge and employees willingness to assist when you have a question is refreshing for today workforce.

Cannot beat the service provided by the Geeksquad team when it comes to repair or any other issues. The warranty is always in my cart when I order anything from Best Buy. So easy that a chimp can do it.

I prefer total tech as it actually applied to installs and deliveries. Since they have made it an extended warranty instead perhaps buy individual warranties over a group one. It shouldn’t be this price as one cannot get the same benefits. Seems like old customers should be grandfathered into the original product that they were selling. Aka total tech. We didn’t agree to a dumb down version plan.

I always got an extra warranty and best but always honored it.it pays to have that extra for pennies on the dollar for replacement

Best thing you can buy worth every penny because you don’t have to purchase warranty on every product (aside from TV’s) (includes Apple care)

Issues with a controller and a scratch on the screen on a switch. Brought it in expecting a runaround and at least a send off repair, they offered a replacement on my recent purchase. Awesomeness!!!

Very happy and 98% solved the issue via chat and at the store. Any electronics I have is from Best Buy because the great warranties, fixing, update, teaching, etc. No matter where I am (countries) and they helped me.

I honestly believe in the Best Buy product protection plans as I have used them in the past and Best Buy stands by their word on them. I recently used it to have our fridge looked at and it saved me the service fee that others charge.

This monthly Best Buy Protection plan pays for its value as soon as you need it. I have had to use it from time to time and am always happy I purchased it. Never an issue for service if needed. Response time for action is very quick.
