I use the protection on all my best buy product, and I have had to use it on a couple occasions, and it is always hassle free. You take the item to the store, and they fix it or replace it, simple.

We have the Total Tech Plan for our purchases at Best Buy. Although it seemed pricey at first, it has paid for itself over and over again. I highly recommend this service to older folks who aren't as well schooled in computer science (like us)! It has served us well over the years.

This was a gift last Christmas. Still loves his new computer, as his old one was approx. 15 years old. He says it’s amazing. Hasn’t had to use the protection plan, but it is a nice feeling to know it gives you great coverage.

I would never consider not buying the protection plan with my purchase. Having the 24 month protection plan makes any issues easy to fix.

Geeks squad is always helpful. They explain everything thoroughly and don’t try to get you to purchase things you don’t need.

Always get 24 month protection on items I purchase even if I have never had to use it. Nice to know its there if needed.

I hardly ever use it, but they are great when you need it. Be prepared, however, to spend some time. It is not usually a quick fix. They really look at your computer. I have been a member for years. Even in years I never use it, I am glad to have it.
