Has come in handy on some of my items, so having that peace of mind is great. Especially since they don't make stuff like they used to.

We have the Total Tech Plan for our purchases at Best Buy. Although it seemed pricey at first, it has paid for itself over and over again. I highly recommend this service to older folks who aren't as well schooled in computer science (like us)! It has served us well over the years.

This was a gift last Christmas. Still loves his new computer, as his old one was approx. 15 years old. He says it’s amazing. Hasn’t had to use the protection plan, but it is a nice feeling to know it gives you great coverage.

I am not fan of warranties, but BB does a good job with its program.

I use the protection on all my best buy product, and I have had to use it on a couple occasions, and it is always hassle free. You take the item to the store, and they fix it or replace it, simple.

I'm so glad I was asked to get this protection plan. Every time I i buy a new electronic product its automatically covered.

I absolutely love my chrome cast and it came fast and on time.
