    I have enjoyed the total tech program for about 3 years now and don't know if I could begin to manage my technical issues any other way. Agents are knowledgeable, helpful and help with other items I might also need at the time. Great

    better to have and not need it than need it and not have it. Total Tech and insurance is a must-have with all of my purchases at best buy. worth it

    The BestBuy Protection plan is awesome, but I would not recommend getting it if you don't have TotalTech already. It comes with great perks, but it's not a great idea to buy it monthly :).

    The best way to go is total tech but if you can’t afford it then It’s always best to protect and insure anything you purchase so that way if something goes wrong or it stops working you’re covered .
