haven't had to use the protection plan yet, but glad we have it!

It's exactly what we needed for our home office. Works great! Clear channels! I can see all my favorite stations & T.V. shows. We also have Roku connected which makes it even better.

I have purchased from Best Buy over the last year - 2 TV's, echo speaker, dishwasher, microwave, dashcam, smart phone, etc. Feels good to know I am protected.

You can't go wrong with adding this protection plan. Saved me a couple times on the past. Easiest process ever.

I think the protection plan is smart if you have a lot of Best Buy products like myself. However it is expensive up front. But if you want tvs installed professionally and round the clock help and no deductible it’s worth it. Buy once cry once

I love this tv I needed a smaller tv for my room we really don’t watch in there but if I’m sick or just laying in bed it’s the perfect size

everything was great. Everything hooked up correctly. Everything was done correctly except for programming the remote. Said he could not program it said I had to use two remotes told that was not an option. That's not why I bought. I almost sent it back. After 30 min. on the computer. I figured out how to program the remote that he could not do. Was rather simple
