    I first called about my tv remote stopped working. The lady said there was no replacement she could ship to me. She recommended I got to the Best Buy store. I went and the guy said he could order and ship to me. Asked if I could ship to a PO BOX. He said yes. Next morning I get an email from parts store. Saying they can’t ship to PO BOX. Gave them my address. Next morning they wanted my plan id number. The one on my work order was wrong! I think I got the correct one from the store. Had to call. It’s probably easier to just purchase a replacement universal remote. Please train your employees better! Suck a waste of time! My remote probably isn’t even shipped. I was told 2 days to get it. I’m on day 5
