    Constantly change warranty contract terms from what you originally “purchased” under. I found a great chat person but its hit and miss with store or calls. Uou have to be proactive in knowing details.

    Love the extra perks and discounts. The warranties are much cheaper on average, but if you cancel plan you lose your warranties.
