    The sales representative that sold it said that it would cover any type of damage at all. That was not the case . It was a total waste of money.

    You guys are selling TVs with dated firestick. This tv does not allow me to download the Xbox app. I just purchased this tv August 2025 and I should be having a issue downloading the Xbox app.

    This is our first new computer in several years. There are so many great features! My husband doesn't type well, so the touch screen is good for him. We love the large screen so we can watch tv shows with great quality. The tech guys did a great job of installing the computer. They were efficient but didn't rush. They showed how to use many of the features and answered all our questions. The sale price was awesome, too.

    The amount of times I’ve gone to a bestbuy store and just been a waste of time. Cancelling total tech and being g my business elsewhere. Ridiculous.

    I love having the protection plan but hate paying for it because it is a little pricey and maybe overrated. I take care of my electronics so it was always going to be a waste of my money.

    We got this tv back in January and it worked fine for a couple of months, but then started having connectivity issues. It would connect after a couple of tries and stay connected for the length it was being used, but now, it won't connect at all. After checking the wifi, resetting everything, etc. it's definitely the tv that is the problem.
