    Not as good as used to be. iPhone on it. Battery had to be replaced. Tech did not show up for appointment. But cost from program covered little so trip to Apple Store equal to expense

    Called for help. When my connection to the TV my controller did not allow me to speak to it was it was connected to two separate people and neither could help other than to send me out a service person sometime in March. I was very frustrated as I am 83 and Ended up fixing it myself, which, of course leads me to believe that, with a few more thoughtful people who might have made some effort could have offered me assistance which I did not get. Very disappointed I’ve always received all the help I needed

    I have been a total tech member for about 5 years now and it getting harder and harder to contact anyone. Now it is all recording tryin g to get help. I am 68 and not a fan of tech stuff but no one answers the phone. Can't make an appointment and the tech support is getting to be a pain in the rear end. Please try to remember there are a lot of us baby boomers still out here!!!

    Over the past two years I asked for help on maybe 6 different computer related issues. Zero zilch nada help for any of the issues. Level one technicians is what I got. 2 of which I could not understand without getting clarifications on the words. Finally soo frustrated to have to go in person to get a PSU for one HP system. I cancelled Best Buy Total mess and bought one for $13.45 including free shipping. Don't even waste your money.

    Customer service doesn't serve when needed. The warranty will be needed for poor products and the workers aren't knowledgeable

    Glitchy.. reboots. Try another brand maybe. For almost 2 years nothing but problems and Best Buy tech support trying to weasel out of fixing

    The services automatically, renewed, yearly, which I recently found out. And when I returned my Bose headphones for repair, I was still required to pay a $50 deductible even though they were never repaired, just replaced. The service is over priced.

    Everyone file a complaint about the membership of $200 they didn't notus about. Especially if your a senior citizen. Contact the fsir trade association and state attorney general. Class action lawsuit
