When you purchase employees say it covers ALL THINGS so you can sign. I felt rushed when they tell you the terms and conditions. Then when something happens and you take it to the Geek squad they have their hands tied.

I just learned that TotalTech did not cover a TV purchase made in November 2022 as coverage was only for 60 days from date of purchase. I have to junk it.

Dissapointing

Less than two months of owning the tv and after calling multiple times to have my issue taken care of, I was told that my defective screen was not covered under the extended warranty or total tech protection that I purchased for such a time as this. Very disappointing.
