The extended wareanty is part of every purchase with total tech so it becomes an excellent value. If you need to use it on-site or outside of warranty, the parts and labor are fair priced.

Geek Squad is awesome! They have always been available for tune-ups on my laptops and desktops, and have kept them running efficiently. It's super nice that I can just log on remotely to get assistance!

You got rid of 18 infections on my laptop install unblock ad blockers, my laptop is up-to-date and physically clean. It would’ve cost me $289 but with Best Buy Geek squad it was free.

The tv has great quality and sound especially for the price. My only major complaint is the stand legs, no matter how much I turn to screw them in they're still loose. They're complete trash, please get another design or something it's not supposed to be hard. I tried and tried, and nothing works they're just loose and wobbly poor quality.
