Knowing that my purchases are covered adds an amazing sense of security. I have had to use this service in the past and it has truly saves us hundreds if not thousands! Having teenage children, they can be rough on things, and knowing that if they break the new TV, desktop or Macbook it is covered is well worth it!

Always get the protection plan because its worth the few dollars a month to get piece of mind if my product decides to get sick.

I have been pleased with the protection. For my washer I was totally not happy and had to write a complaint against Best Buy. Once the complaint was filed they agreed to work with me and allow me to return the product for full refund
