    I bought this so that I could have exceptional service from Best Buy. That was laughable. They do not keep their word. The time they tell you they will deliver something is an illusion. My time was 11am-3pm. My order arrived at 10pm, only half fulfilled. I will never buy from this company again.

    It doesn't help you in a lot of things. When you purchase employees say it covers ALL THINGS so you can sign. I felt rushed when they tell you the terms and conditions. Then when something happens and you take it to the Geek squad they have their hands tied.

    Worst tv i have ever bought . the operating system is the worst . i have 7 other tv in the house 6 LG & a sony . none give me so much trouble trying to log in to you tube .... i will never buy another cheat TV again
