Every time I tried to get a tech person to come to the house to check a problem (TV won't power down, for example), I was told that I had to bring it in to the local store. I just learned that TotalTech did not cover a TV purchase made in November 2022 as coverage was only for 60 days from date of purchase. I have to junk it.

My protection plan that I purchased did not cover the defect in my brand new 65 inch LED frame tv. Less than two months of owning the tv and after calling multiple times to have my issue taken care of, I was told that my defective screen was not covered under the extended warranty or total tech protection that I purchased for such a time as this. Very disappointing.

Pioneer tv horrible since day 30. Extended warranty from Best Buy does not want to cover. Manufacturer does not want to replace it.

This product has a lot problem when changing the channel or lower the volume.

Well, I've been transferred to another chat to try and get my dishwasher serviced. So far they have not been able to figure it out.

Not sure why I bought this since I also purchased another year of the My Best Buy Total Yearly Subscription on March 30, 2023.

This protection does not work. Best Buy will just refer you to manufacture, the manufacture will just refer you to Best Buy.

The protection plan is a scam . Please don't get it don't cover damage tv

It's pretty bad that you have to pay extra to get a discount, over the incentive of being a consistent customer. Used total tech to save $260 on a couple TV's for my kids and don't see much in the way of discounts to make it worth it out side of that.

Best protection for the money and it protects all your electronics. I would recommend everyone purchase this protection plan

I have no way of knowing if this product is good or bad, they advised it was delivered, yet they delivered an echo dot, and are refusing to resolve this matter

Cameras don’t work very well. Very disappointing for security cameras. Total tech doesn’t apply to remote car starters.
