I like protection plans when they are affordable and give me more time.

The extended wareanty is part of every purchase with total tech so it becomes an excellent value. If you need to use it on-site or outside of warranty, the parts and labor are fair priced.

Love the Total Tech protection I get from Best Buy. Great piece of mind knowing I can get replacements for all my tech, especially the gaming equipment for my son which he can be rough with.

Geek Squad is awesome! They have always been available for tune-ups on my laptops and desktops, and have kept them running efficiently. It's super nice that I can just log on remotely to get assistance!

The process of taking an item to be diagnosed or repaired is easy and convenient. Ive had several things fixed or replaced through the geek squad and has always worked out in my favor.

The tv has great quality and sound especially for the price. My only major complaint is the stand legs, no matter how much I turn to screw them in they're still loose. They're complete trash, please get another design or something it's not supposed to be hard. I tried and tried, and nothing works they're just loose and wobbly poor quality.
