Purchasing the Total care package was the best thing I could have done. Got my 55” tv upgraded to a 65” with so much ease it seemed unreal and now we are purchasing two electric scooters with the certificates I’ve earned. Great product.

I usually say no to protection plans, but when I bought my appliances and TV at Best Buy, something told me to go for it—and I’m so glad I did. Since then, I’ve been adding the Total Protection Plan to anything expensive—my Logitech keyboard, some headphones, even a monitor because it’s seriously worth it. Tech breaks. Life happens. This plan makes sure you're not stuck when it does. If you’re on the fence, I say go for it. It’s already paid for itself a few times over for me.

This TV has a very good picture and is a good buy for my Furnished rental property All the necessary apps are there and the tenants can easily find what they need.

Best protection plan, handy to have just in case something goes wrong

I am a best Buy member and they're going to set it up for me. I'm really pleased with the geek squad. They set up my phone then will set up my new computer. I'm very excited. It looks beautiful. I'm going to let them set it up so I don't mess anything up. Great price lots of memory.

I cant give it a 5 star.... The remote is SO SMALL I am having to find an all in one to replace it. The buttons are tiny, tiny and there are no buttons for pause etc to make it functional. We thought we were upgrading from our old Samsung... look at the remotes side by side. My husband cant manage these new buttons. He can't even read them

Because what I’m saying is true. I have always wanted a 12.9 iPad Pro but could never find one . Until now. The price was right and I jumped for it. Best Buy they have the best prices. And and the best displays in the store . I love Best Buy. I call my self the Best Buy queen because this is just one thing that I brought. Half my house is covered with Best Buy. Plus I get all kinds of perks. A lot of savings . Best Buy really takes care of you with anything that you buy.

When I bought my computer while on vacation (in a different state than my home) I bought this protection, never thinking it would help me when I buy something else. Amazing! Bought something else and paid 0 for delivery and installation. This coverage ran over the product I originally bought!!! This is by far, worth every penny.

I purchased a name brand TV for outdoor use under a covered deck. The picture was great unfortunately regardless of The settings I changed, I just couldn't get it bright enough to view outdoors. I exchanged it for this brand which I initially hesitated on but I was pleasantly surprised by how good this TV is. I love the picture, the remote, the sound. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

When you buy something expensive, you should always get protection for it and Best Buy offer the best protection with the Microsoft 365
