    If I could go below poor I would, we purchased this television with a Mount. We had Geek Squad mount the television, just recently moved and noticed we were not left the legs to the television by the installer. I connected with Best Buy online chat, they told me it was not a problem to into the store and they will order it for me. I went into the store they stated parts were not covered since I didn't report it within 14 days of purchase. If I had it mounted how would I know the legs were missing. Went back to the online chat was 100% guaranteed by the Best Buy chat person that it was covered and to call the Geek Squad service. I waited on hold for 30 minutes and once again was told legs were not covered. It would be great if you could get your online support, in store support and phone support aligned and not provide false information and rude employees.
