Always had good experiences with Best Buy Total which adds the protection automatically anyway on things. Between that and the Apple Care it's paid for itself dozens of times over.

I like yo purchase protection as an added benefit but do not like that after so long you have to pay monthly. I personally would like to pay for 3yr or 5yr at one set price.

Had a dvd player! Tried to have it repaired they replaced it! No charge! Bought a Sansung Z Fold 4 ! It got broke only had to pay the deductible! Replaced the phone!

Best protection you can fine no other store does this they give you the round around not Best Buy the exchange or refund on the spot

Best Buy has the best protection plan for their products compared to anyone else. I have Total Tech Support and never think twice protecting my purchases as I know I'm protected by the best plan out there!

Being a Total Tech member nets me this extra perk, which is great when you purchase. You don't have to consider purchasing an extended warranty, as you've already got 2 years automatically.

It’s a protection plan. I haven’t really had to use it yet so I’ll have to get back to you someday. I get all the warranties when I purchase from BB for free because of the GS membership

Best Buy protection plan is a must for all purchases easy return or refund up to two years with a Best Buy plus protection plan and allows for computer repair free

I mainly make all my electronic purchases from Best Buy for the protection services. Wish the purchase of Windows 365 was include like before and not separate.

I always put a protection agreement on my electronics especially computers, laptops or monitors. You never know what could happen. Happy it is through BestBuy.

I enjoy all the extra warrantys that come included with my best buy total rewards membership. Especially apple care my daughter has butter fingers. Lol
