It is nice knowing that I have Geek Squad to turn to when something's going on with my devices my son's iPhone recently would not charge took it in even though I did not buy it from Best Buy and they fixed his charging port

We are not into all the technology that most people assume everyone knows. Before going on a trip on an airplane I had heard about people using their smartphones for listening to music and needed help in setting up a used tablet I had purchased for that purpose. We needed help to set up the tablet and what accessories would be required. We first called the online help and they said that I should go into the store's help center. Able to get an appointment for later the same day. He helped us set up the apps needed, showed us what to do and what we needed to purchase. It all worked out very well for us on our trip.

I purchased, a sub-standard printer from Burlington BestBuy. I needed to return it for a more efficient, better printer. This BB’s Manager, Elvin, at Burlington, MA, Gabe me individual attention for the return & buying process. He was so considerate of my needs and quick to provide me fantastic service! Thank you for your professionalism for this purchase! I FINALLY found the best printer and it works fantastic! Thank goodness I could return and buy a better printer! I cannot thank him enough! Truly, Elvin went out of his way for me, which ultimately helped my business!
