Paying for the Best Buy Total Membership Coverage gives me piece of mind knowing that we are covered if anything goes wrong with any of our Electronic Devices. And the Best Buy Staff are Great!

We are not into all the technology that most people assume everyone knows. Before going on a trip on an airplane I had heard about people using their smartphones for listening to music and needed help in setting up a used tablet I had purchased for that purpose. We needed help to set up the tablet and what accessories would be required. We first called the online help and they said that I should go into the store's help center. Able to get an appointment for later the same day. He helped us set up the apps needed, showed us what to do and what we needed to purchase. It all worked out very well for us on our trip.
