Best Buy Total Tech has been a fantastic investment for us. While we enjoy knowing that we’re covered on warranties and service support, the installation services has exceeded our expectations. The installers who have come to our home are experienced, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We are impressed with the level of enthusiasm and expertise they have for technology. We also found that most of sales professionals in the store share the same qualities. We have been able to use our rewards points toward purchases and online service support to assist with post installation configuration. Access to all this technical support is easy thru with chat or phone call. We love having free installation on everything!! The products at Best Buy can be bought anywhere but you won’t get premium services that are only offered by the Total Tech program.

Protection is good for my items and is worth the investment

I purchased this TV wall mount hardware kit because it looked perfect for helping me install my tv. It looks great with all the screws and other things but there was nothing I could use in this kit. So I returned it.

I know this protects my things but the price which included taxes seems just high for 1 year especially considering I haven’t used the service yet.

Best investment has paid for itself more then once it’s a no brainer to protect your investments

So far no problems with my computer. Nice to know Best Buy is there if I need them though.
