Good to have protection for a couple years, especially at no additional cost.

This protection plan is the best, much better than any other we have had.

Best Buy protection plan under the total member used to be very good. Before, it allowed you to exchange or fulfill the protection plan by either letting you exchange the item with the same one or cash it in for a store credit. And nowadays while they still honor the exchange, sometimes they give you store credit, but they penalize you for it. In other words, if you opt in for the star credit, depending on the value amount of the item, they will take a certain percentage off effectively making you lose more money on top of you paying for the $200 a year membership. Best Buy is going downhill from here. It’s been going downhill for a while. This is coming from a former Best Buy employee. I used to love this company but lately I’ve just been disappointed.

We are protected all year round , feel safe and secure while online or going to a Best Buy store.

An extra year of warranty on products just for being a BB member is worth the. Membership.

You can’t go wrong with Best Buy protection unless you’re buying appliances, but that’s a whole other story.

I like the program but it's priced a little too high

All electronics are covered for 2 years under the protection plan. I purchase all my electronics from bestbuy or price try to price match. I don’t like being limited on claims. It’s 2 per year with a co-pay

I need warranty in 2 or 3 times for my laptops and its very easy when you have this protection, excellent option.

I am fairly accident prone so to be able to return a product after it malfunctions is very reassuring. They either fix or immediately replace. Thank you Geek squad

Feeling so at ease having this protection....even if I don't have to use it. It is well worth the price just to have this reassurance.
