I love having the Best Buy support. I had my dryer fixed by the geek squad and the agent Mr Chris Moar very professional man. Smart Sufficient done a great job of fixing my dryer. I am so glad that I invested in getting the 24 months subscription and I will be subscribing again when it's almost over.

Listen you never know what could happen . This sometimes is a much need .

I love best buy protection plans. They always help me fixed my products or replaced them

I am not a person who buys extended protection plans for my items, but best buy has a program that fits my needs to cover all my items for a yearly fee. I like this one because I do buy a lot of merchandise at Best Buy so it is a saving for me, but for someone who buys very few items that might require extended warranty, then i recommend getting the term extended warranty. Specially if you buy product that is used outside or in an environment that is rougher on devices and may get damaged very easily, Like cameras, computers, drones, phones, speakers, etc.

Very helpful with the set-up process and showing us how to use the features. Gave plenty of notice so we could be sure to be there at the right time.

I recently had to purchase a new tv. Best Buy is my go to for elecrtonics and appliances. Adding the Geek Squad protection plan and is so worth every penny in case something happens to it.
