Best protection plan around! Love that it works with all electronics I purchase

A great value. I purchased the Best Buy membership when I took my laptop to be serviced at Geek Squad. The difference between repair and a membership was only $20-$30. It provided me automatica discounts on a television and saved on warranty costs for other items.

I know that they are there if needed. The added expertise is a good resource to have when needed

The employees that mounted my tv were curiosity and professional. I would have anyone else mount my tvs in my home

have had total tech for a few years now, initially was fabulous, because it covered pick up of old appliances,installation and warranties. they no longer take old appliances away for free

Its well worth the cost of total tech membership IF you spend enough at the store. Just wish it still included the Free Installation of items as well.

Had my laptop serviced. I had 18 viruses!!! They cleaned it up and it was for free!!!

Good protection for keeping items bought and no return issues

Always helpful to have the protection in case something goes wrong. I only buy electronics from Best Buy because of their customer service.
