I have been a client for the last 5 yrs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. If you need help or repairs they are ready to help. I have never been disappointed. Thank You at Best Buy.

I contacted Best Buy, and thanks to my 24-month protection plan, they replaced the TV with a new one. They also gave me the option of picking a different TV; if it was more than the value of the old one, I could pay the difference. They delivered my new replacement TV and removed the old one. I am very satisfied with the results.

The plan covers a variety of issues that could arise with my TV and gives me peace of mind knowing that I am protected. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the monthly fee is a bit steep. However, I do believe it is worth it for the added protection. Overall, I would recommend this protection plan to anyone who wants to ensure their electronics are covered in case of an accident or malfunction.
