Always more than satisfied with Samsung TV's, great all around. Nicely fit in the bedroom also. Great picture and sound, easy hook up to X-Box and Playstation.

I've subscribed to this plan for about the last 3 years. I always take my computer in every year just for a tune-up and that in itself is worth what I pay for the service.

I love the fact that when you buy a BestBuy item and you have the Total plan you get 24 months protection. This doesn't cost any extra for the protection

This is the first time I have bought & used a protection & service plan, that actually paid for itself 10 x's over. I initially purchased the plan when I bought my refrigerator, to have it delivered and set up. I have since used it for 2 tv deliveries and a home theater system. I also took my Mac computer in and they helped me understand how to transfer data. The Tech are always very professional & pleasant. Never in a hurry and make sure you know & understand everything before they leave. They make you feel important as a customer

The pc is do fast. Love that it is all in one. The screen is great for viewing.
