Really enjoyed this television. It was easy to navigate, clear colors, and great size. After a year we developed a blue streak on one side of the screen. Not sure if it was one of our children or happened on its own, but up until then and even with the line it was a great TV.

Fix whatever you got very good customer service therefore you need them.

Best Buy is the only place I would consider buying electronic items. I have always received excellent service, and the technicians are very helpful. I would never consider being without geek squad service I only wish the cost was less for returning customers. and wish they would consider doing in home service again since I am older and handicapped

I bought this TV to replace my tcl 6 series. So far so good. This TV blows away my tcl. The picture quality is far better. If you're looking for a reasonably priced TV that rivals the higher end tv's consider purchasing this TV.

So far no problems with my computer. Nice to know Best Buy is there if I need them though.

I recently purchased the Monthly Best Buy Protection plan for my Samsung TV and I have been satisfied with the service so far. The plan covers a variety of issues that could arise with my TV and gives me peace of mind knowing that I am protected. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the monthly fee is a bit steep. However, I do believe it is worth it for the added protection. Overall, I would recommend this protection plan to anyone who wants to ensure their electronics are covered in case of an accident or malfunction.

Paid for several months and brough my laptop with issues there a couple of times. The employee personals were really nice but can't help much. So, I don't think it's worth it.
