    Had a Sony Bravia malfunction. It was still under warranty with Best Buy. Store rep provided me with a number to call. Set up a Geek Squad appointment and was given a store credit for the original cost. Flawless execution on the return. Thx Best Buy. I’ll be back!

    I have been a total tech buyer for a long time. I am not happy with the new coverage as I have been in the past. It is not as good for home service and other coverage. I will be making us decision this next year if it is worth keeping.

    Came in handy recently when I had a pair of Bose headphones break. Walked in the store, let them know they were broken, and within 5 minutes I was leaving with a brand new pair free of charge!

    I can't believe the speed with which the TV is turned on. In seconds, you're on the station you want. Great ease at operating the remote control.

    I'm a firm believer in the Best Buy TOTAL membership. My annual fee is usually covered in all the savings I receive within the first couple of months of the 12-month membership. The Protection Program is a big plus!

    I was reluctant to buy the best buy protection plan for my new HP computer. I have purchased 4 HP computers in the past and had very good experiences with them. I did purchase the protection plan and happy I did. I thought I had a problem with my computer and used the protection plan to resolve it. The technicians were very professional and proficient. Turns out my issue was a user issue and not a computer issue. Highly recommend the best buy protection plan - what a great value!
