Thoroughly disappointing…

I will admit, it offers a great picture. But that is where the positives stop. The processor is super slow to respond to remote inputs, looses network connectivity routinely and the Fire TV is constantly freezing or crashing. The TV has been updated to the latest available firmware. I have 5Gb fiber service with several Eero Max 7 mesh routers, so I know my internet/Wi-Fi network is not the issue. I actually have a similar TCL Roku TV and it functions flawlessly, so I’m quite certain it’s the Fire TV that is ruining my experience with this model. The only plus is I purchased it on sale, so I will not be out that much when I replace it at only 4 months old.

Protection Paid Off - Satisfied Customer

I contacted Best Buy, and thanks to my 24-month protection plan, they replaced the TV with a new one. They also gave me the option of picking a different TV; if it was more than the value of the old one, I could pay the difference. They delivered my new replacement TV and removed the old one. I am very satisfied with the results.
