    I had a brand new tv mounted on the wall, it somehow took a tumble I got ahold of best buy and they replaced it free of charge. Glad I had this option.

    The Best Buy protection is great any problem I ever have they are able to solve it on the spot I recommend getting it specially if you’re in school!

    This protection plan brings peace of mind. The Geek Squad will fix or repair you technical problems on any and all of your devices. They even came to my home to check out my TV that wasn’t working. They hauled away my old TV and installed a new one. I had another TV taken away that was not working and that was slll covered under the warranty. The salesman found a new TV for us at a good price.Highly recommend this protection plan.

    I've been really pleased with my Monthly Best Buy Protection Plan. Was able to get my printer fixed, actually had a technician come over and also free deliver and old appliance removal so I think I recovered my membership fee. However, I understand terms are now changing and no more free service.
