The Best Buy Protection plan is the best in the industry. I have been a client for the last 5 yrs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. If you need help or repairs they are ready to help. I have never been disappointed. Thank You at Best Buy.

I love the clear picture and crisp colors. Setup was easy. The extra of free LG Channels was a bonus - I hadn’t expected that. There are lots of settings to tweak things to your taste. Good choice.

Get for new products. It tske you past the manufactures warranty. Then a mothly plan is optional.

I was reluctant to buy the best buy protection plan for my new HP computer. I have purchased 4 HP computers in the past and had very good experiences with them. I did purchase the protection plan and happy I did. I thought I had a problem with my computer and used the protection plan to resolve it. The technicians were very professional and proficient. Turns out my issue was a user issue and not a computer issue. Highly recommend the best buy protection plan - what a great value!

Great value -value price highly recommend it for anyone

I bought a hp desk top from bestbuy: had problems with it brought it to the store and the geek squad took care of on the spot no charge/ they have also hung my 77" LG tv on my wall. Thanks geek squad

I was very skeptical about getting the TV and getting it mounted for two of my rooms but a good friend of mine told me to check into Best Buy and see how things go with them and I did that and the first thing I brought was the protection program before I even brought the TV knowing that I would get protection for 12 months and free mounting and if something happens, I can definitely contact them what a great deal I was amazed and I am a lifelong Customer
