Great investment when ordering such a large item and it comes in handy when needed

Need I say more than because of there coverage I only purchase electronics from Best buy and it was the best decision I ever made

I was very skeptical about getting the TV and getting it mounted for two of my rooms but a good friend of mine told me to check into Best Buy and see how things go with them and I did that and the first thing I brought was the protection program before I even brought the TV knowing that I would get protection for 12 months and free mounting and if something happens, I can definitely contact them what a great deal I was amazed and I am a lifelong Customer

The TV is wonderful and it’s the perfect size I bought the 55inch & the videos looks as if it’s popping out the screen. I’m impressed with the quality and would recommend to my friends.

insurance is something you hope you never need but if you do it is so nice to have. My main board just quit and they repaired it no problem. Best Buy is the best place to buy electornics and the Geek Squad is very helpful. I wont buy computers or appliances, TVs or any electronics from anywhere else but Best Buy. I have found out the hard way this is the best place to buy! Guess that is why its called BEST BUY !

Easy install and the sound from the rear is amazing. I sometimes look around for where the sound is coming from because of how dynamic those little speakers are.

Had a Sony Bravia malfunction. It was still under warranty with Best Buy. Store rep provided me with a number to call. Set up a Geek Squad appointment and was given a store credit for the original cost. Flawless execution on the return. Thx Best Buy. I’ll be back!

Long time bestbuy customer. Total tech membership is worth it

I don't think it worth the money. The only time I had to use for a problem with a product that I bought s Fire Stick Remote at Best Buy and returned to Best Buy. I was told they don't take remotes after 15 days. What good is the program if the rules are made up as you go. On a good note they did give me courtesy credit, so it worked out. The fine print doesn't say what is covered and what isn't.

Great to have ‘backup’ if and when questions or problems come up.

Purchased this plan to accompany my TCL TV. Due to lower prices at Best Buy over other retailers, it is a win win for me and almost paid for itself from the beginning. It included set up and take away the trash. Being a new homeowner, I was so tired of having to set up my own stuff and it seemed to take me months to get out the leftover trash. This plan is worth its weight in gold.

Picture is excellent. and sound. The remote is inferior to the magic remote, but still very functional. This is the second LG - 43” LED 4K UHD Smart TV (Model:43UQ7590PUB) that I’ve purchased over the past three months. I like the functionality of the LG OS on their TVs (I primarily stream on YouTubeTV), it is very easy to operate and add aps.
