Best buy used to be a place for guys to go and get everything they needed for a peace of mind when it comes to electronics and now since the new CEO has come in made all these chages and cuts to memeber benefits it it no longer the deal it once was. Terribly disappointed with the customer service and considerations. I have been debating dropping my membership for a couple of years now and with the recent changes I think I will. While my one little membership won't make a *&%$ difference in the bottom line hopefully other will see this read this and have some of the same feelings I do and make bestbuy feel it where it matters. Way to go CEO!!!! OH and if thats a misrepresentation of the fatcts blame your associates as many of them from various stores have told me its YOU and your changes. WAY TO TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS!!!

insurance is something you hope you never need but if you do it is so nice to have. My main board just quit and they repaired it no problem. Best Buy is the best place to buy electornics and the Geek Squad is very helpful. I wont buy computers or appliances, TVs or any electronics from anywhere else but Best Buy. I have found out the hard way this is the best place to buy! Guess that is why its called BEST BUY !

Purchased this plan to accompany my TCL TV. Due to lower prices at Best Buy over other retailers, it is a win win for me and almost paid for itself from the beginning. It included set up and take away the trash. Being a new homeowner, I was so tired of having to set up my own stuff and it seemed to take me months to get out the leftover trash. This plan is worth its weight in gold.

I have purchased several items from Best Buy over the years and all are under my protection plan. I have used it a few times and really happy I had the plan and my service calls were covered.

Purchased my first PC in 2002. I needed to learn computers to advance my career. I didn't know not to click on spam. I ended up with a trojan horse that took over my PC. Contacted Geek Squad, and a man named Victor took the call. He spent many hours working on my PC and got rid of the trojan horse. Been a GS member ever since. I wouldn't have computers without GS.

Picture is excellent. and sound. The remote is inferior to the magic remote, but still very functional. This is the second LG - 43” LED 4K UHD Smart TV (Model:43UQ7590PUB) that I’ve purchased over the past three months. I like the functionality of the LG OS on their TVs (I primarily stream on YouTubeTV), it is very easy to operate and add aps.
