Always more than satisfied with Samsung TV's, great all around. Nicely fit in the bedroom also. Great picture and sound, easy hook up to X-Box and Playstation.

I got the protection through elite status, but now it provides protection on all of my device purchases. It really is a relief when buying electronincs for younger people.

I don't like insurance. However, I've always tried to buy high dollar TV's for their picture quality, so I usually by some insurance for all my high dollar electricals... AND VERY GLAD I DID when a Soni I bought a few years back died. (RIP) Better warranties by Manufacturers would alleviate the need for Pensioners to waste money they can ill afford!!

The TV is wonderful and it’s the perfect size I bought the 55inch & the videos looks as if it’s popping out the screen. I’m impressed with the quality and would recommend to my friends.

I have never had a problem bring back any of my purchases to get them repaired or replaced.

I love the fact that when you buy a BestBuy item and you have the Total plan you get 24 months protection. This doesn't cost any extra for the protection

I've been really pleased with my Monthly Best Buy Protection Plan. Was able to get my printer fixed, actually had a technician come over and also free deliver and old appliance removal so I think I recovered my membership fee. However, I understand terms are now changing and no more free service.

Bought easy to use when exchanging anything. And Best Buy backs all there products under this plan highly recommend.

I have not had to use it yet, but since our total purchase price went down after adding the protection plan to our kitchen appliance purchases I would have to say that even if we never use the protection it was still worth adding it. You save 10% if you add the protection so when we purchased all of our home appliances instead of our total going up it actually went down so it is definitely worth adding if you plan to have any large ticket purchases.

I’m unable to connect speakers wirelessly. I’m also unable to connect headphones wirelessly. I’m able to do this on another non-smart tv that’s years older. This isn’t as advertised when I purchased it.

I love Best Buy, i have been a total tech member for years! Love it. A few weeks ago my surface laptop was acting super slow, I called a lady trouble shooted on the phone for about 30 minutes. And its working great! And no additional charges.
