The picture quality is great, and I love the size.

I am elderly and lack confidence. By having a Geek Squad person come to my home to look at the problem and then advise printer replacement, I am confident that I did the right thing. I replaced a laptop one time without having the old one checked...and replacement was not necessary

The monthly protection plan is a great affordable option that we have taken advantage of. We have appliances and TV covered. So far, we haven't had any problems with out purchases, but the knowledge we have coverage is comforting.

Have not had to use the Protection part yet. Coverage seems very good for price. Membership is nice for knowing upcoming sales that one may not see any other way. Gives me piece of mind, will see how it is when it comes to the protection coverage.

It's been a while since I was able to watch a flat-screen tv without adding a soundbar. This Google TV by Hisense has a great picture and adequate sound. I am using it in my bedroom so the robust bass that comes with a soundbar is not necessary. I'm thrilled that speech and other sounds are clear and not pitched too high or too low.

I am soooo happy that I purchased the total tech plan, it puts me as ease for all my Best Buy purchases, it’s worth every penny, especially for large purchases such as TV’s, appliances and expensive computers and cell phone!! Thank you Best Buy for having this plan!!! NO REGRETS!!! IT GAVE ME THE OPTION TO PURCHASE MY TV & WALL MOUNT AND THEY INSTALL IT FOR FREE!!!!

I'm sure it's great. It was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Her mom was building a house so she wasn't able to use it yet. There was so many problems with the house being built. The house is finally finished. So my granddaughter will finally get to use her new TV. It's still in the box on my prayer room waiting for her.

Piece of mind for a large purchase. I wish electronics and appliances were more reliable, but this gives me a little less anxiety.

This is a great addition that provides me with ease of mind.

Its great to have protection incase something happens.

We bought a 75" Roku Tv and love it so thats why we bought another one. This one is for the garage, its a 50" and it connected to everything. Our Samsung 58" not only wouldnt connect out there, but died a few days after switching rooms with it. It is only a few years old, wish I would have gotten this plan when i bought that one, now I am out a fairly new tv. Another bad Samsung product. Never again
