Always reccomend the prote tion plans at bestbuy. Geek squad does an excelent job handling opportunities both in store and online! If you can you should look into my bestbuy total memberships. Free protections plans on all purchases and store wide discounts that are exclusive to plus and total members means peace of mind when shopping durring the holidays!

This is the best thing I’ve purchased from Best Buy. It’s worth the peace of mind. I have already benefited it from a purchase that did not go as planned. This plan was able to correct this issue hassle free.

My tv wouldn't turn on when I got it. Thought I did something wrong when I got it. I didn't take it back thinking it was all me. I honestly thought I had wasted money and would have to but a whole tv again. But I had forgot that the tv came with a 12month protection for free. was able to swap it out for another no Hasel. Havant had any problems since.

The Best Buy service and warranty is one of the best in the industry.

Love the extended warranty packages they offer and ALWAYS fantastic Service. I have had nothing but great service as well as quick and friendly installation with Best Buy technicians/computer people/appliance people, etc. Really the best. Unless there is any massive change in the company, I will always shop here and use their install/services/warranties.

Nice picture quality for price. Am having issues with the internet staying connected. This happens frequently. Its not the internet its the tv because our other smart tvs dont have same issuesmart tv
