I buy all my electronics from Best Buy and added protection has helped in replacing many defected items. Good way of protecting investments.

Came in handy recently when I had a pair of Bose headphones break. Walked in the store, let them know they were broken, and within 5 minutes I was leaving with a brand new pair free of charge!

Having a protection plan has given me confidence in case I have a problem

We have not had any need nor would we like to have any, but the equipment is excellent.

Need I say more than because of there coverage I only purchase electronics from Best buy and it was the best decision I ever made

Always reccomend the prote tion plans at bestbuy. Geek squad does an excelent job handling opportunities both in store and online! If you can you should look into my bestbuy total memberships. Free protections plans on all purchases and store wide discounts that are exclusive to plus and total members means peace of mind when shopping durring the holidays!

My tv wouldn't turn on when I got it. Thought I did something wrong when I got it. I didn't take it back thinking it was all me. I honestly thought I had wasted money and would have to but a whole tv again. But I had forgot that the tv came with a 12month protection for free. was able to swap it out for another no Hasel. Havant had any problems since.

Glad that we purchased this service contract being we needed help to set our new tv up, not only to have to return and purchase a different tv. So Sidney with MasTech did it all for us from setting up with his great assistant Tyler. Then had to come back and take down and re-box the first tv we purchased. Then came and set up the tv that we replaced. Sidney was absolutely outstanding with helping up get everything the way it should be. He is very dependable and caring!

Unless there is any massive change in the company, I will always shop here and use their install/services/warranties.

I decided that Best Buy Geek Squad has the only staff I need to handle any issues I incur on my tech & electronics. Excellent serve. Time always notified & you can schedule in store with an appointment! Super staff. I mainly use Naples but can always go to Bonita or Estero
