Bestbuy Total membership is a great way to cover your appliances and TVs purchased at best buy.

We have not had to use the coverage yet, but based on what my representative explained, I am pleased with my understanding of the protection.

I feel reassured that all my products will be well protected if something goes wrong.

Grateful for protection plans making life easy. Accidentally breaking remotes always seems to be the issue

This is so great! I'll never have to worry about any products I purchase thru Best Buy with this! Always before, you had to either decide to save a little a forego the extended warranty or budget that cost in. Now you're covered. It covers everything from my Sony big screen to my newest earbuds. A must have.

If you purchase TVs and/or any size appliances having the total tech (my best buy total) membership, is certainly a great value and gives you piece of mind if something should occur. Having purchased our cell phones through best buy they are also covered by apple care. Again phenomenal value.

Just nice to know if something happens in two years, got everything covered.

I am soooo happy that I purchased the total tech plan, it puts me as ease for all my Best Buy purchases, it’s worth every penny, especially for large purchases such as TV’s, appliances and expensive computers and cell phone!! Thank you Best Buy for having this plan!!! NO REGRETS!!! IT GAVE ME THE OPTION TO PURCHASE MY TV & WALL MOUNT AND THEY INSTALL IT FOR FREE!!!!

It’s really great. It allows me to return or exchange any item I bought for 90 days which is great or if there’s a price difference in those 90 days they will match it also. And the geek squad is very nice and helpful.

It's been a while since I was able to watch a flat-screen tv without adding a soundbar. This Google TV by Hisense has a great picture and adequate sound. I am using it in my bedroom so the robust bass that comes with a soundbar is not necessary. I'm thrilled that speech and other sounds are clear and not pitched too high or too low.

This was great protection for the PC that was just purchased.

I am elderly and lack confidence. By having a Geek Squad person come to my home to look at the problem and then advise printer replacement, I am confident that I did the right thing. I replaced a laptop one time without having the old one checked...and replacement was not necessary
