The 24 month protection plan is AWESOME! Fortunately I haven't had to use it much, but when I did, the money I saved was SIGNIFICANT in comparison to what either repairing or having to purchase the items out of pocket. I'd encourage EVERYONE to spend the small amount to get the 24 month protection. It's 100% worth it.

I have used this in the past but not lately. I have gotten good service in the past and belive I still will.

It seems a bit daft sometimes to purchase protection but for the one time you need it it is a great save. I’ve only ever had a couple products fail within the coverage period but when they did, to just go in and swap for a brand new item is worth it every time.

We bought a 75" Roku Tv and love it so thats why we bought another one. This one is for the garage, its a 50" and it connected to everything. Our Samsung 58" not only wouldnt connect out there, but died a few days after switching rooms with it. It is only a few years old, wish I would have gotten this plan when i bought that one, now I am out a fairly new tv. Another bad Samsung product. Never again
