Protection plan on products of value is a must for me. No hassle protection and sense of security against accidents, damage, malfunctions, etc. This is falls in to the better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it category.

I've always purchased extended warranty on electronics. I've frequently had to have replacements or repairs. I noticed that there is NOW a LIMITATION on the number of replacements per customer per year. I DO NOT LIKE THIS because with the number of electronic components I buy and the price I pay for the extended warranty, there should be no limit as long as I am an individual customer and not trying to defraud the company.

I think it is a great idea to have your electronics covered by a warranty. I buy a lot of things for myself and my family from bestbuy and I have the luxury of feeling confident that any problems with my electronics is covered.

The monthly protection plan is a great affordable option that we have taken advantage of. We have appliances and TV covered. So far, we haven't had any problems with out purchases, but the knowledge we have coverage is comforting.

We have had occasion to use this once and I'm glad we purchased it. It saves a lot of headache!

Best protection program for electronics anyone offers. Kudos to whoever thought this one up. What ever you buy this program covers it for two years as long as you keep up with it annually.

Piece of mind for a large purchase. I wish electronics and appliances were more reliable, but this gives me a little less anxiety.

24 months protection comes included with every purchase I made at BestBuy for total tech members. I totally recommend the total tech membership.

Great program. The service team is very professional and attentive. The scheduling gets a little confusing due to different team’s responsibilities. With delivering versus install and set up. I have not had to call for a repair yet, but I have several items on this program.

I love having Total Tech! It has been worth the money
