It’s really great. It allows me to return or exchange any item I bought for 90 days which is great or if there’s a price difference in those 90 days they will match it also. And the geek squad is very nice and helpful.

I love it if I have any problems out of anything that I brought from Best Buy I bring it in they check it out if it can't be fixed I get a new one

Have not had to use the Protection part yet. Coverage seems very good for price. Membership is nice for knowing upcoming sales that one may not see any other way. Gives me piece of mind, will see how it is when it comes to the protection coverage.

This is a plan that pays for itself with peace of mind, member savings credit, installation cost, repairs of tech items, extended return days. Since the Geek Squad is a certified provider for repairs, you don’t’ have to worry about the quality of service provided

I normally don't like to pay for protection plans, but Best Buy's plan has been a godsend so far. Unfortunately, the new plan has lesser benefits than the one I paid for. It may still be a good deal if you are unable to carry heavy objects, or need help setting equipment up, and maintenance.

It seems a bit daft sometimes to purchase protection but for the one time you need it it is a great save. I’ve only ever had a couple products fail within the coverage period but when they did, to just go in and swap for a brand new item is worth it every time.

I only buy LG televisions and have never had an issue. May not be the best television as far as picture but they last.

Perfect 55” Smart TV, price, color, sound, firestick, and other great features. GeekSquade installed the tv perfectly and quickly. Got so many compliments. I purchased 2, the price was unbelievable cheap.

So far so good. Worth the peace of mind if nothing else.

I don't think it worth the money. The only time I had to use for a problem with a product that I bought s Fire Stick Remote at Best Buy and returned to Best Buy. I was told they don't take remotes after 15 days. What good is the program if the rules are made up as you go. On a good note they did give me courtesy credit, so it worked out. The fine print doesn't say what is covered and what isn't.

You really can’t go wrong with Total Tech protection plans. Especially when you save upfront being a total tech member. I’ve only had to use it a few times, but when I did it was so easy and if they can’t fix it and the original isn’t available, they will upgrade to the newer version.

Great television and great size. A must have. Stop in the store near you to see tv.
