I bought this computer for my son who is in the military so far he says it does everything he wants as far as games and doing classwork

Always get this protection for my devices. It has helped out quite a few times over the years

We bought a 75" Roku Tv and love it so thats why we bought another one. This one is for the garage, its a 50" and it connected to everything. Our Samsung 58" not only wouldnt connect out there, but died a few days after switching rooms with it. It is only a few years old, wish I would have gotten this plan when i bought that one, now I am out a fairly new tv. Another bad Samsung product. Never again

Being elderly, my husband has trouble with technology. I was away and he had a problem with our new TV. The geeg squad was great!! They were fabulous walking him through the fix. It was a couple of phone calls to Xfinity but the geek squad kept checking back to make sure it was up and running. NICE JOB!!

This plan provides peace of mind, so that if a problem arises Best Buy will be standing in the gap for me.

We have not had to use the coverage yet, but based on what my representative explained, I am pleased with my understanding of the protection.

I feel covered for anything that could go wrong. I definitely have peace of mind now.

I've always purchased extended warranty on electronics. I've frequently had to have replacements or repairs. I noticed that there is NOW a LIMITATION on the number of replacements per customer per year. I DO NOT LIKE THIS because with the number of electronic components I buy and the price I pay for the extended warranty, there should be no limit as long as I am an individual customer and not trying to defraud the company.

Protection plan on products of value is a must for me. No hassle protection and sense of security against accidents, damage, malfunctions, etc. This is falls in to the better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it category.

i have,nt had to use it much, but the times that i did, i had no problems getting the items repaired.

It’s always good to have protection on the items you’ve spent your hard earned money to buy.

Protection for all our products is wonderful to have.

Great program. The service team is very professional and attentive. The scheduling gets a little confusing due to different team’s responsibilities. With delivering versus install and set up. I have not had to call for a repair yet, but I have several items on this program.
