today, we can only buy that which is available. we know that all of these products come by ship and can be damaged in delivery. Now we can buy a product and not be in constant fear that our purchase could become a paper weight; now i don't have to worry about this issue!

I think it is a great idea to have your electronics covered by a warranty. I buy a lot of things for myself and my family from bestbuy and I have the luxury of feeling confident that any problems with my electronics is covered.

We love that if any of our items need to be repaired they are covered.

The delivery of our refrigerator was outstanding! The men were on time, polite,professional and careful. Removing the old fridge was smooth—they watched the corners of the doorways carefully! The text messages kept me updated throughout The day. I was so pleased!

best buys protection plan is the easiest to setup and use. while also being a good value

This is an awesome program!! When I purchased this the Geek Squad came out took my old tv off the wall, installed the new set, set it up, synced my Apple TV & cable box with it, showed me how to use the new set, & hauled away the old set. Decided to get new kitchen appliances & all the above was covered under the same plan!!

Nice picture quality for price. Am having issues with the internet staying connected. This happens frequently. Its not the internet its the tv because our other smart tvs dont have same issuesmart tv

When I had problems with my tv I took it back to the Owasso location. I was lucky that no one else was there. The agent at the store was kind and knowledgeable with his job and I was out the door in less than twenty minutes. Yeah for the service that I received there.

Worth it's weight in gold. This might seem like an unnecessary expense, but it has saved me stress a few times over. I initially purchased this protection for my new computer, but was thrilled to learn it also covered my later purchase of a Best Buy television (and included installation)! The piece of mind of having coverage is EVERYTHING!

I really like this because it's so easy to get and keep my computer safe from viruses and other malware. It also gives me updates as to when it is time to renew my subscription and can be done with a few clicks if the mouse and is able to be purchased using my best buy card.

I buy this for every electronic piece I buy at Best Buy. Once in a while, I end up with a. Problem. Everything gets fixed quickly and I’m back in business.
