Really cool store to see nice people working there

Was fortunate enough to have this program come along when I was about to buy a bigger TV. So this gave me the peace of mind and eliminated the need to buy and extended warranty. Love the fact that it comes with free online tech support not that I needed it yet, but just good to know if I have any questions someone is just a phone call away to help me.

After every purchase of an electronic device, Best Buy places an extra 2 years of coverage on the item. Note: The coverage only last if you maintain the $200 annual subscription.

Best thing I ever got. Total Tech is so worth it to have. I go to Best Buy I make a purchase and leave the install to The Geek Squad. They take care of everything, from bringing the product to my house, installing it, showing me how to use it, to removing the old product! Great stuff!!

Bestbuy is my go to for tech products. Not only does the plan double the warranty on products bought there, it extends the time for price matching if an item goes on sale shortly after purchase.

Having this protection has paid for itself many times over.

Very happy with this plan. It has already paid for itself within the first two months. Highly recommend it for those who need expert help with problems or with figuring out tech issues that you can't seem to get right. The people on the phone and at the Tech Support counter in the stores are always courteous and professional.

Geek squad actually kinda ruined my life a bit. I rely on my machine for work. When I ugraded my tower and put 3k worth of components in it. It was at the behest of a geeksquad employee. The employee helped me find the one motherboard that famously doesn’t play nice with the processer I got. I upgraded the processor which is why I had to upgrade the motherboard and the employee had misundertood that the 13th gen I had picked out was fine for my old motherboard. It was the 14th gen that would need me to upgrade.. fast forward less then 2 weeks. Boot loop. Brought it in and they fixed it. After of course wiping my computer and as a courtesy putting windows 11 on it.. which I didn’t ask for. I did not want. I do not own. Forcing me now to use it. Been about 2 years or so.. the tower was replaced by an alienware. I trust dell more then geeksquad. And I am still rebuilding all my templates for work from what I lost. If you rely on your machine for your job? Don't take it to best buy. No restitution or accountability for when the people still working there have caused you to almost lose your job

I purchased this plan when I bought my Smart TV. At the time I was not aware I could purchase the Geek Squad Protection coverage for all of my devices. I went into the store and the gentleman who helped me was amazing! I now have complete coverage and the knowledge that Best Buy will help me if I need assistance.

I'm very pleased to have the protection plan. It's an extra sense of security for my household devices. I recommend everyone look into the plan. If the plan works for your situation. 5 stars!
