So far so good. Best Buy installed 2 tvs on wall and still working well and looks good. If you have this service, you do not have to worry if your electronics stop working or if you need something installed that you purchase from Best Buy. No problems.

With a 2 year warranty included with the Best Buy Membership, it was not hard to choose.

I purchase the Best Buy Total Protection Plan. At first it seems pricey, but when you realize it covers installation, coverage, geek squad assistance and many more goodies, I would definitely recommend. This monthly best buy protection plan goes along with it.

Can't beat it for the money. Bought two of these tv's as gifts, both recipients are very happy. Great picture, fast response time w/apps and streaming is solid. As far as sound, as is the nature of the flatscreen beast, sound is just okay-it is clear and completely intelligible-just not what you'd get from a sound bar.

Regardless if you are clumsy or not, a monthly protection plan from best buy is a great decision. It keeps your conscience clear and you don't have to be so worried about handling your devices with white gloves. Definitely if getting a divide no matter how pricey, get a protection plan.

Adding this Best Buy service provided the installation and removal of our appliances and the configuration of our new LG TV. This has been very helpful. When our initial Microwave didn't work we were provided with quick resolution with the installation of a new Microwave

The team who came to mount the new tv and connect the new soundbar was prompt and efficient. They hauled away the expired tv respectfully. I thought the Latin prayers recited over the dead tv may have been a bit much but it’s good to see technicians so committed to their industry.
