Was hesitant to spend this much money on this thinking it was a gimmick and I wouldn't need it. Turns out we purchased more items this past year and we just call and have someone come out for free to hook it all up and get it going. Definitely worth the money.

This is my 4th year being total tech member. It's really useful if you make alot of purchases at Best Buy. It gives you the peace of mind that if something breaks or doesn't work, they take care of it!

Protection?!? Unlike any other insurance, your rates wont go up. So lets go up on a Tuesday; and enjoy the lit safety.

Whenever I purchase products from Best Buy the two year extended warranty comes with the purchase because I'm a total tech support member and the service is excellent. The service outweighs the cost without a doubt, any audio or appliances when purchased will be bought to your house and installed with no charge!

Excellent Value We recently purchased a Samsung TV. Then a Insignia Chest Freezer. The Best Buy Team brought in the items. They took all the packing away, placed the items where we wanted them, etc. I’m hoping we don’t need any repairs. But, if we do it gives us peace of mind knowing we have the extra guarantee.

Absolutely love this! Haven’t had to use it yet (knock on wood) but makes me feel so much better having the protection not to mention being paired with my apple tech purchases for 1 total price!!

Get the Total Tech membership and Best Buy protection is included on purchases. If you purchase enough products, it offsets the cost.

This protection plan is why we buy our electronics from Best Buy. They are always very helpful and the help desk and knowing we have this protection plan gives us piece of mind about our purchase
