If you buy a lot of stuff from best buy or foresee yourself buying a lot of tech in the future, get totaltech (or whatever its called now). It’s definitely saved me money on buying additional warranties for all my purchases.

Works more than amazing and sound is amazing aswell. Clear crisp picture with no blurring included. Was able to give this to my child when we updated our living room TV and she loves the features and apps.

Was fortunate enough to have this program come along when I was about to buy a bigger TV. So this gave me the peace of mind and eliminated the need to buy and extended warranty. Love the fact that it comes with free online tech support not that I needed it yet, but just good to know if I have any questions someone is just a phone call away to help me.

I am not a computer savvy person and can use help in troubleshooting computer issues or even things as simple as installing a new printer. Geek squad agent came to my home and installed a new printer in less than 30 minutes. He was very helpful and answered any of my questions.

Have not had to use, but 24 month protection is always a good thing. I think the warranty is only 1 year so this extends that and makes the process much easier should you need it. Highly recommend!

Best buy Protection for this period is worth it as seven months in I have a streaming problem. Who knows what I will have defective next?! I tech is coming to my place this Saturday to resolve! You won't be sorry with the extra protection! It's piece of mind!

I was a little skeptical about getting a Hisense TV. But the salesman told me its a great bedroom TV and it has been a good buy. I use to only buy Vizio TV but this one is a good choice. Thanks Bestbuy. Also get the total tech its worth it.
