When I first joined Total Tech Protection I didn’t think it would be something I would keep, however, I soon discovered having my products cover for 24 months for one price was amazing. And this includes AppleCare, which makes it even a better deal.

It’s nice to know you have 2 years of protection provided. Most retailers have done away with internal protections.

I am happy to have the "Totaltech" membership from Best Buy. I was able to to take the advantage when my washer was broken and it got replaced with new one.

I am not a computer savvy person and can use help in troubleshooting computer issues or even things as simple as installing a new printer. Geek squad agent came to my home and installed a new printer in less than 30 minutes. He was very helpful and answered any of my questions.

The protection is worth the money. I just invested a lot of money in new technology, so this is a way to sleep well at night knowing that if anything goes wrong, Best Buy has my back.

Easily scheduled a free pick up for my washer/dryer. Covers every item I buy.

The total tech warranty is blah...Online customer service is the worst. Can not get a straight answer out of them. Bought a 50$ charge block for my phone cord. It stopped working. Online made me schedule a geek squad visit to REPAIR IT!!! LOL They told me they didn't think it was covered bc it wasnt high priced enough??? But when i buy items they tell me its covered under the warranty. So i ask more questions and told that i need to go online and read. I told them to show me where it says whats not covered and what is. They could not show me . So is it worth the increasing price and less coverage?? No.

I purchased this plan when I bought my Smart TV. At the time I was not aware I could purchase the Geek Squad Protection coverage for all of my devices. I went into the store and the gentleman who helped me was amazing! I now have complete coverage and the knowledge that Best Buy will help me if I need assistance.

I bought this TV for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it. It has a sleek, thin design and is a smart TV with Alexa built-in for voice control.

Best thing I ever got. Total Tech is so worth it to have. I go to Best Buy I make a purchase and leave the install to The Geek Squad. They take care of everything, from bringing the product to my house, installing it, showing me how to use it, to removing the old product! Great stuff!!

Best buy Protection for this period is worth it as seven months in I have a streaming problem. Who knows what I will have defective next?! I tech is coming to my place this Saturday to resolve! You won't be sorry with the extra protection! It's piece of mind!
