Very happy with this plan. It has already paid for itself within the first two months. Highly recommend it for those who need expert help with problems or with figuring out tech issues that you can't seem to get right. The people on the phone and at the Tech Support counter in the stores are always courteous and professional.

It is so reassuring to know that all my purchases are covered /just in case TVs ,washing machine , Laptop… We added the protection when buying our tv …bought Laptop … it’s covered ! So is our 2nd tv and then the washer !!!

good price for tv. tv has a good picture, just the right size for my kitchen. we had no trouble mounting it to the wall. very pleased with my purchase.

Everything thing I purchase is because of protection plans all under one roof- our computers phones washers iPads. Always great and prompt service. Never no worries. We love it. Have had many years!

Best thing I ever got. Total Tech is so worth it to have. I go to Best Buy I make a purchase and leave the install to The Geek Squad. They take care of everything, from bringing the product to my house, installing it, showing me how to use it, to removing the old product! Great stuff!!

Definitely like the extended protection plan to make use of the product longer than the manufacturer warranty perchance anything goes wrong after the first year knowing electronics tend to malfunction a few days after the first year ends

I purchased this plan when I bought my Smart TV. At the time I was not aware I could purchase the Geek Squad Protection coverage for all of my devices. I went into the store and the gentleman who helped me was amazing! I now have complete coverage and the knowledge that Best Buy will help me if I need assistance.

Our old tv quit working so my wife went looking and found this new 58 inch tv at your store and we ended up buying it. Was a great price and the installers were great and made sure everything was working before they left.
