Easy ordering experience. Needed a TV quickly. My wife was passing by the Houma store. I ordered it online and it was ready when she arrived.

Great as i purchased this smart TV however this is my first smart tv if I have a problem with the tv I can get help. Total protection is a great fit for e as my tech skills is minimum

If you buy a lot of stuff from best buy or foresee yourself buying a lot of tech in the future, get totaltech (or whatever its called now). It’s definitely saved me money on buying additional warranties for all my purchases.

I was a little skeptical about getting a Hisense TV. But the salesman told me its a great bedroom TV and it has been a good buy. I use to only buy Vizio TV but this one is a good choice. Thanks Bestbuy. Also get the total tech its worth it.

Unfortunately Ive had to use my protection plan twice due to negligence on my end, but Im glad I had it!

I am a member of the Best Buy TotalTech protection program. It is a great program and is light years better than buying insurance on every purchase. Pay one, 2 year fee, and shop.. you don't do anything after that, items are automatically added to the protection program. Smart move for Best Buy to set this program up.

Absolutely love this! Haven’t had to use it yet (knock on wood) but makes me feel so much better having the protection not to mention being paired with my apple tech purchases for 1 total price!!

You just never know if a product will last or not....

Definitely like the extended protection plan to make use of the product longer than the manufacturer warranty perchance anything goes wrong after the first year knowing electronics tend to malfunction a few days after the first year ends
